Hello to all my fellow bloggers and readers! I’ve been very busy over the last few weeks. But no worries. For I bring you… a whole new layout, a whole new light, a whole new schedule. You’ll be seeing blog entries regularly. In fact, nearly every day! :)
So thank you for reading, and I’ll see you later! I have a lot of catching up to do!

First of all, I would like give an apology to those whom I promised updates back in September 2007. I’ve been quite busy over the last few months, and just not in the blogging mood. The new design, if you haven’t already seen it, was put up today.

On a side note, some lucky bloggers, such as Rhys, Steven Snell, Rob O, who has Guest-Blogged here last, got free front-page links for 3 months. Congratulations, and thank you to all the guest bloggers who have blogged for me!

There have been dozens of Blog Catalog members adding me on blog catalog, and I have been getting an overwhelming amount of notifications in my mailbox! Thank you for adding, but I will not be able to add you back anymore, since there are so many requests.

August was a fairly good month; although I was away for all of it. Apologies for infrequent updates! I’ll give you a quick update on what’s happening.

• RSS subscribers gone up 3%. See next point.
• Daily visitors gone down 1%. (Expected.) From nfrequent update; turns into RSS subscriber.
• Revenue went down 10%.
• Darr did a good job managing this blog; thanks Darr! She even left comments “for” me on other blogs linking back here! Your blog will be mentioned when you decide to open one.
• Sidebar switched to other side. Optimized for FireFox. Opinion is welcome!
• The pewter polliwog I won at the Blogathon 2007 from Polli was received a few days ago! Here are some pictures so you get a good idea what I won. Click to enlarge. Images not resized.

Every blogger needs a break (once in a while). I’ll be taking mine from August 1st to August 22nd. And in the mean time, I will need guest bloggers to blog for me. I might write a post once in a while, but it’s mostly up to the guest bloggers.

I’m looking for 6-8 guest bloggers, since most bloggers have their own blogs, so they don’t have to spend a lot of time guest blogging here. The topics I’m looking for (other topics may be accepted): making money online, blogging tips, social media, web development, web design, seo, and blogging discussion.

After 48 hours of technical difficulties, NeonScent is back up. A WordPress plug-in messed up the system, and everything had to be deleted. The non-WordPress pages are still being uploaded, so please be patient.

Woah! Thank you so much for the link I’m eternally grateful! Heh! I can’t image being so lucky having my name randomly picked, since I’m usually a magnet of bad luck haha!

Anyway congratulations! Well Neonscent doesn’t look 1 month old… it looks older since the way you blog resembles that of a veteran blogger, because of all that amazing, wonderful tips you’re shared with the rest of your readers. I must say that you’ve done an amazing job and has invested a lot of effort in this blog! All the best
