Do you use metaphors to write your articles?

Occasionally, though I more often than not use simile, it’s not my fault, just occasionally stick a “like” in there :S

Lol, this is my kinda post. How about The People of MyBlogLog which compares MyBlogLog to an apartment complex or 11 Mistakes Your Blog Makes In Bed which likens a blog to perhaps clueless sexual partner…
I’m taking a short break from the metaphor for the time being. ;-)

I’ve never purposefully written an article of metaphors, but I’m sure I’ve used the technique before.
I’m more of an analogy person when explaining things. So I use “like” and “as” more so than not. =]
